为进一步深入研究榛属植物中紫杉醇类化合物,探讨其应用前景,综述了榛属植物中的次生代谢产物紫杉醇的发现及相关研究进展,提出了榛属植物中紫杉醇的利用发展趋势。榛属植物种类多、分布广、生长快、生物量大、再生能力强,是开发紫杉醇药品新资源的理想材料,值得进行系统深入的研究。

In order to study paclitaxel compounds further in-depth in plants of the genus corylus heterophylla, and discusses its application prospect, the research progress of the secondary metabolites paclitaxel of hazel was reviewed. The hazel was featured variety, extensive in distribution, fast-growing, high yield, and high regeneration ability,by developing appropriate methodologies,and hazel might become a new commercial source of paclitaxel, to be used as new therapeutic agent, which had potential values for further study.
