摘要
儿童青少年正处于身心迅速发展时期,性别角色教育旨在帮助儿童青少年对自身性别角色的认同,促进其自我同一性和社会性发展。性别角色是一种社会角色,决定了个体的社会化定向,性别角色认同是青少年自我认同的重要部分。儿童青少年性别角色教育可以从以下几方面进行:学校开设性别教育课程,指导家长对孩子进行性别教育,在性别角色认同的基础上进行"双性化教育"。
Children and teenagers are experiencing rapid mental and physicaldevelopment. Gender education aims to assist them in identifying their own gender roles to promote their development of self-identity and sociality. The gender role is a kind of social roles, defining the orientation of individuals' soeiality. And identifying one' s own gender role is an important part of self-identity. The gender education to children and teenagers can proceed in the following manners : organising gender education course at school, guid- ing parents to perform gender education at home, and execute "double education" on the basis of self-identity in gender roles.
