构建青年教师研修共同体的实践研究——以杭州市《历史与社会》学科为例

摘要 教研要成为深化课程改革的"助推器""加速器"和"孵化器",需要创新教研模式,寻找教师专业成长的新途径。经过多年的实践研究,我们深切体会到:创新教师专业发展机制,构建融"学·研·赛"于一体的教研新模式,是提升青年教师专业素养的有效载体。它能整体推动区域的课堂教学改革,提高师生的课堂幸福度。 In order to make teaching research become a "booster", "accelerator" and "incubator" for deepening curriculum reform, it is necessary to innovate the research mode and seek for new approaches for teachers' professional development. After years of practice study, we find out that the establishment of teachers' professional development mechanism and new teaching research mode integrating "study, research, and competition" is effective to enhance professional competence of junior faculty, which can promote classroom practice reform and increase the happiness degree of both teachers and students.
