The revitalization of traditional arts and crafts has risen as a national strategy , the heritage and development of Chinese traditional arts and crafts has become an important question. According to ana- lyzed of the characteristics of the traditional arts and crafts, this paper argues that traditional arts and crafts reflects the unity of material and spiritual, it is the important carrier of Chinese traditional culture. Its prac- ticability, artistic quality, interestingness, nationality, economy, adapt to the demands of the contemporary development. Under the background of cultural power, traditional arts and crafts can plays an important role in the spread of Chinese culture and create an influential Chinese cultural products.
