摘要
针对安装于越野挂车上的大纵深下沉式烘箱,基于传热学原理应用流体三大守恒方程,建立了烘箱内部空气与固体的CFD模型,利用有限元分析软件FLUENT,对加热棒与透气孔在不同安装位置条件下的温度场分布、气流分布及开门时热量损失进行了模拟仿真.计算结果表明:在既定的大纵深下沉式烘箱结构中,加热棒安装在烘箱两侧下部、透气孔位于烘箱顶部,其温度场分布均匀、气流分布合理、开门时热量损失最小,并通过实际试验验证了仿真模型的正确性.
This paper takes the sunk oven with great depth used in trailer as its subject matter,builds CFD models of solids and air inside ovens with different locations of heating rods and vents based on principles of heat transfer,using three conservation equations of fluid,and conducts simulation tests for each model in FLUENT.Simulation result shows that,the oven,which has heating rods on both sides of the lower part and vents at the top,has the most reasonable temperature uniformity and air flow distribution,further more,its heat loss during door opening is less.Correctness of the CFD model has been verified by practical experiment.
