通过对运行初期310台HX_D2C型机车主变压器油中溶解气体含量的分析,提前诊断出6台机车主变压器内部存在潜伏性的高能量电弧放电或低能量放电兼过热故障,确保了机车主变压器的安全使用。同时,通过故障实例得出了诊断HX_D2C型机车主变压器内部存在潜伏性故障的经验。

During the beginning use of 310 Electrical I.ocomotives HXD2C, the hidden trouble of high energy arc discharge and low ener- gy discharge in 6 main transformers are early diagnosed by the content measurement of dissolved gases in transformer oil for guarantee the safety of using locomotive main transformer. Diagnostic experiences of hidden trouble in main transformer of electrical locomotive HXD2C are put forward through fault examples.
