摘要
为内燃机车打温是铁路机务系统的一项重要工作,目前各机务段冬季为机车打温主要采取柴油机惰转打温方式,但由于打温操作人员不能及时掌握机车内各部位油、水温度等原因,不能做到科学打温,造成燃油的大量消耗,浪费和污染严重,并加速了柴油机的非工作磨耗,降低了机车寿命和可靠性,甚至由于漏打温、错打温,造成机车冻结、大部件破损、机车火灾等严重问题。研究"内燃机车油水温度远程监测系统",有效地解决了上述问题。
Warming up for diesel locomotive is an important work of the railway locomotive system. The locomotive in winter warm up mainly by diesel engine idling. However, due to the operator can not be timely grasp of the parts of the engine oil and water tempera- ture and other reasons, diesel locomotives cannot be warmed up properly. It is difficult to finish warm up work which caused oil waste and pollution, then accelerate non-work wear of the diesel engine, even worse caused parts damage and locomotives fire. But the research on the remote monitoring system of oil and water temperature of diesel engine has solved the above problems effectively.
