基于纱线图像组合的机织物外观模拟研究

摘要 研究了机织物外观的计算机模拟过程,建立了组织矩阵及浮长矩阵,结合真实纱线图像片段的组合,实现了机织物外观模拟,并探讨了模拟软件的开发过程.通过浮长矩阵从真实纱线图像中取出相应长度的经、纬纱线片段,并按照组织图的交织规律组合经、纬纱片段,实现机织物外观模拟.研究表明:机织物模拟图和小样试织的实物照片具有较好的相似性,研究结果对预测机织物外观纹理具有一定的参考价值. Weave computer simulation process was studied in this paper.The weave matrix and float matrix were established.Weave simulation was fulfilled by combination with fragment of real yarn image.The software development process on weave simulation was discussed.The fragments of real yarn image were established by float matrix and combined with weave matrix to simulate weaves.The results indicated that weave simulation graph is similar to weave photo.This study provides a reference for forecasting weave texture.
