不同剂量布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入对小儿哮喘急性发作期疗效的研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨小儿哮喘急性发作期不同剂量布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入的疗效。方法哮喘急性发作患儿98例,随机分为两组,每组49例,在进行常规治疗的基础上对照组给予0.5 mg/次、观察组给予1.0 mg/次的布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗。应用SPSS19.0软件,所获数据采用方差分析、t检验和X^2检验。结果两组有效率比较,P<0.005。两组喘息、呼吸困难、哮鸣音以及咳嗽等消失时间比较,P均<0.0005。两组治疗后CRP值和IL-6值比较,P均<0.0005。两组CD_3^+、CD_4^+水平比较,P均<0.005。两组治疗后IgA,IgG水平比较,P<0.0005;Ig E水平比较,P<0.005。结论大剂量应用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作不仅能够提高临床治疗效果,对炎性因子、体液免疫与细胞免疫均有一定影响。 Objective To investigate the pediatric asthma acute phase different dose of budesonide suspension liquid atomization inhalation of curative effect. Methods 98 cases of children with acute asthma, were randomly divided into two groups, 49 cases in each group and control group on the basis of conventional treatment pre-operation give 0.5 mg/budesonide suspension liquid atomization inhalation therapy, observation group of children on the basis of conventional treatment to 1.0 mg/budesonide suspension liquid atomization inhalation therapy. SPSS19.0 application software, the data obtained using analysis of variance, t test andχ2test. Results The efficient compared two groups, P〈0.005. Two groups of wheezing, shortness of breath, wheezing sound and cough disappeared time comparison, P〈0.0005. The two groups after treatment of CRP value and IL-6, P〈0.0005. Two groups of CD3+, CD4+level comparison, P〈0.005. The two groups after treatment of IgA, IgG level comparison, P〈0.0005, Ig E level comparison, P〈0.005. Conclusion Large dose applied budesonide suspension liquid atomization inhalation treatment of infantile asthma acute attack can not only improve the effect of clinical treatment, the inflammatory cytokines, humoral immunity and cellular immunity all has certain influence.
