心理与饮食护理干预改善消化道恶性肿瘤化疗后营养状况的研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨心理与饮食护理干预改善消化道恶性肿瘤化疗后营养状况的临床效果。方法胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者128例。将其随机分为两组,观察组与对照组各64例。对照组接受常规护理相关护理,观察组接受心理和饮食护理干预。所获数据采用方差分析、t检验和X^2检验。结果两组营养比较,P<0.005;两组重度营养低下比较,P<0.05。两组生活质量生理机能、生理职能及情感职能评分比较,P<0.0005。结论心理与饮食护理干预能够有效改善胃肠道肿瘤患者化疗之后的营养状况与生活质量。 Objective To explore the psychological and diet nursing intervention to improve the digestive tract malignant tumor after chemotherapy the clinical effect of nutritional status. Methods 128 patients with gastrointestinal tumor chemotherapy. It were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group(n = 64). The control group accepted routine nursing related nursing, observation group received psychological nursing intervention and diet. The obtained data was analyzed by variance, t test and χ2test. Results Two groups of good nutrition, P〈0.005. Severe undernutrition compared two groups, P〈0.05. Two groups of quality of life physiological function, physiological function and emotional function score comparison, P〈0.0005. Conclusion Psychological and diet nursing intervention can effectively improve the gastrointestinal tumor after chemotherapy in patients with nutritional status and quality of life.
