摘要
学生实习情境可综合成5个特征:个人入职支持、企业文化氛围、个人能力胜任、任务重要性与复杂性、任务多样性与自主性。据此,实习企业要为学生创建融入"实践共同体"的情境、实习企业工作人员要支持学生"合法的边缘性参与"、实习任务要与学生个人胜任能力相匹配。
The situational characteristics of students＇ internship can be divided into the following five ones： personal entry support, corporate cultural atmosphere, personal competence, task importance and complexity, task diversity and autonomy. Accordingly, the host enterprises should create a ＂practice com- munity＂ for students to fit in the situation, and the host enterprise staff should support studentsp ＂legiti- mate peripheral participation＂, and internship tasks should match students＇ personal competence well, so teaching quality can he improved.
