摘要
学生实习情境可综合成5个特征:个人入职支持、企业文化氛围、个人能力胜任、任务重要性与复杂性、任务多样性与自主性。据此,实习企业要为学生创建融入"实践共同体"的情境、实习企业工作人员要支持学生"合法的边缘性参与"、实习任务要与学生个人胜任能力相匹配。
The situational characteristics of students' internship can be divided into the following five ones: personal entry support, corporate cultural atmosphere, personal competence, task importance and complexity, task diversity and autonomy. Accordingly, the host enterprises should create a "practice com- munity" for students to fit in the situation, and the host enterprise staff should support studentsp "legiti- mate peripheral participation", and internship tasks should match students' personal competence well, so teaching quality can he improved.
