摘要
传统意义上的公共图书馆的个性化服务受到现实中各种因素的制约,为更好地服务大众、服务社会应结合工作实际,拓展新思路。
Personalized service of public library of traditional sense is restricted by various factors in reality; in order to serve the public and the society better, libraries should explore new ideas on the grounds of actual work.
