食品塑料包装中壬基酚检测方法研究现状 被引量:11

摘要 壬基酚是目前最受关注的环境激素之一。因其常被用作塑料产品的增塑剂,因此可能在食品包装材料中残留,并可能会迁移至食品中,对人体造成危害。欧盟以及日本、韩国均已颁布标准,对食品包装材料中酚类含量进行限制。但是对塑料包装中壬基酚研究报道相对较少,重视程度较低,标准空缺。该文对壬基酚的危害性进行了介绍,并讨论了当前国内外对于壬基酚检测技术的研究现状,阐述了建立可靠、高效、快捷的前处理方法以及检测方法有利于避免重大食品安全事故,对于我国的食品安全工程有着重要的意义。 Nonylphenol is currently one of the most popular environmental hormone. Because it is often used as plasticizer plastic products, therefore may residues in food packaging materials and could migrate into the food, thus will cause a harm to human body. The European Union and Japan and South Korea have promulgated standards for food paekaging materials to limit the content of phenols, but nonylphenol in plastic packaging research reports are relatively small, attention to a lower degree, the standard vacancy. So this paper on the harm of nonylphenol were introduced, and the present research status of nonylphenol detection technology in China and abroad was discussed. The establishment of reliable, efficient and rapid pre-treatment methods and detection methods are conducive to avoid major food safety accidents, for our food safety project has important significance.
