摘要
收集市场上常见的30种塑料拖鞋样本,利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察表面形貌,运用扫描电镜/能谱仪(EDS)检测样品所含元素的种类及含量,并进行分类,区分度高达96%。实验结果表明,该方法简便,结果准确可靠,可用于检验塑料拖鞋。
30 samples of common plastic slippers from different using locations were discriminated with SEM/EDS,observing the surface morphology, element types and content to discriminate. This method has the advantages of simple, lossless, reproducible and good accuracy, can be used for discriminating material evidence with plastic slipper.
