摘要
职业幸福感是衡量高职辅导员工作生活质量的重要指标,也是关系高职学生思想政治教育效果的重要决定因素。文章通过分析高职辅导员职业幸福感的研究意义和研究内涵,探讨影响高职辅导员职业幸福感的因素及原因,从而进一步提出提升高职辅导员职业幸福感的实践路径。
The occupational happiness is an important indicator to measure the college counselors＇ quality of work, and it is also an important determinant of the effectiveness of the ideological and political education to the students. By analyzing its research meaning and connotation, this article tries to explore its influencing factors in order to further enhance the occupational happiness of college counselors.
