在分析建筑成本构成及其控制要素的基础上,提出建筑成本控制策略。第一,取得真实可靠的调研数据,选择恰当的预测方法,以编制建筑成本预算和制定成本控制目标,提高预算成本和成本目标的准确性,使之成为建筑成本管理和控制的可靠依据。第二,确定建筑成本控制原则,优化成本控制方法,以提高建筑成本控制的有效性。第三,实施建筑成本全过程管理和全员管理,落实成本责任制度,以实现建筑成本控制目标。

This paper puts forward some countermeasures to control the cost of construction based on the analysis of the construction cost structure and controlling factors. First, obtain the true and reliable research data and select the appropriate forecasting method, in order to prepare the construction cost budget, develop the cost control target, and make the budget cost and cost target become the reliable basis for the management and control of the construction cost. Second, determine the construction cost control principle and optimize its method in order to improve its effectiveness. Third, implement the whole process, staff management and the responsibility system to achieve its target.
