“供给侧”下二本院校本科生就业竞争力调查与对策探微——以重庆市七所高校为例

A Survey on the Employment Competitiveness of the General University from the Perspective of “Supply Side”——Taking Seven Universities in Chongqing as an Example

当前经济发展放缓,二本院校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,为了响应国家"供给侧改革"的号召,实现二本院校人才的有效培养和供给,本课题以重庆二本院校本科生为调查对象,通过问卷调查、实地调研、收集数据、数理统计,摸清二本院校学生的就业现状和困境,以"供给侧改革"原理为视角,从学生和学校两个维度挖掘和提升普通二本院校本科生就业竞争力,架起社会人才需求与二本院校人才培养供给对接的桥梁,促进普通二本院校毕业生的充分就业。

Currently, the general university graduates employment situation is becoming increasingly grim. In response to the national appeal of ＂Supply Side Reforms＂ and to achieve the effective training and talents supply in universities, this topic takes the university students in Chongqing as the research object and through the questionnaire survey, field investigation, data collection and statistics to find out the current employment situation, and takes the ＂Supply Side Reforms＂ principle as the angle of view, using the method of SPSS analysis, to explore and promote normal university students employment competitiveness from two dimensions of students and schools, setting up a bridge docking talents training and social demands, promoting the employment of normal university graduates.
