浅谈以人为本的医院固定资产信息化管理

Discussion of People-Oriented Informatization Management on Hospital Fixed Assets

随着日新月异的现代科技产物运用到医疗行业中来,医院固定资产的质量和数量也无止尽的攀升。在不断探索医学未知的同时,医疗设备的科技进步与资产管理的意识薄弱是现代化医院管理模式中的一对矛盾体。从改革开放时期的手工账本式管理到如今的信息化管理模式,无纸化办公、信息化维护、网络化监管的运营模式正逐步取代传统模式。该文从固定资产的定义出发,指出固定资产管理的重要性,通过发现日常工作中的一系列问题提出解决方案,同时结合以人为本的管理模式为信息网络化的过渡阶段提供了以一个良好的开端。

As the ever-changing modern technique products have been applied to the healthcare industry,the fixed assets in hospital are soaring in both quantity and quality.While we are exploring the unknown field, the technical progress of medical facility and the lack of awareness in terms of asset management are pairs of paradox in modern hospital management mode.The new manners of informatization management, such as office automatization, informatization maintainence and networked supervision, are gradually replacing the traditional handwork-oriented management during the reform and opening period.This work first gave a definition on fixed assets, then underscored the importance of their management and proposed solutions to a series of problems in daily work, as well as combined the people-oriented management mode to provide a good start for the transitory period of information to network in sequence.
