2016年湛江市霞山区市民对高血压的认知调查

Survey on the cognition on hypertension among citizens,Xiashan district,Zhanjiang city,2016

目的为了解湛江市霞山区市民的高血压患病情况及其对高血压相关知识认知情况,以便有针对性进行健康教育。方法于2016年7月10~17日抽取湛江市霞山区878名市民进行高血压认知情况的问卷调查。结果调查878人,高血压患病率为24.60%,对高血压是终身疾病知晓率为36.10%,高血压患者知晓率(45.83%)高于非高血压患者(32.93%)(P<0.01);血压计的使用方法知晓率为32.12%,高血压患者知晓率(43.52%)高于非高血压患者(28.40%)(P<0.01);市民对不可随意换药和不可增减药量及改变药品的知晓率分别为27.78%、25.00%,高血压患者与非高血压患者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在高血压患者不能规律服药原因方面,忘记吃药占53.70%。结论湛江市霞山区居民高血压患病率低于广东省高血压总患病率,但对高血压健康保健教育知识认知相对薄弱。

Objective To understand the prevalence of hypertension and cognition on relevant knowledge of hypertension among citizens in Xiashan district,Zhanjiang city,so as to conduct targeted health education. Methods During July 10- 17,2016, a total of 878 citizens from Xiashan district, Zhanjiang city were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey on the cognition of hypertension. Results The prevalence rate of hypertension was 24.60% among citizens in Xiashan district, Zhanjiang city. The awareness rate of that hypertension was a lifelong disease was 36.10%0, the awareness rate of hyper tension patients （45. 83%） was higher than those（32.93%） without hypertension（P〈0.01）;and the awareness rate of the use of blood pressure monitor was 32.12%, the awareness rate of hypertension patients（43.52%） was higher than that of non-hypertension patients（28.40%）（ P 〈0.01）;the awareness rate of that people didn＇t replace, increase or de crease medicine was 27. 78% and the awareness rate of that people didn＇t change the medicine without doctors＇ prescription was 25.00%; there was no statistical significance between hypertension patients and non-hypertension patients（ P 〉0.05） ;there was 53. 70% hypertension patients forgetting to take medicine in the aspect of taking medicine irregularly. Conclusion The hypertension prevalence rate among citizens in Xiashan district, Zhaniiang city is lower than that in Guangdong province, but the cognition on health education to hypertension health knowledge is relatively weak.
