Analysis and Suggestion of Rural Public Service under the New Normals in Hainan

从2个角度分析了海南省公共服务的供给现状,着重从农村基础设施、基础教育、社会保障、公共卫生和公共文化服务5个方面分析农村公共服务供给情况,最后提出要建立以解决农民实际需求为方向,以城乡一体化为支撑的新常态下农村公共服务供给模式。

The supply of public services in Hainan was analyzed from two perspectives,focusing on rural public service supply in rural infrastructure,basic education,social security,public health and public cultural services.An establishment of a rural public service supply model under the new normal was proposed to solve the actual needs of farmers and support the integration of the urban and rural areas.
