摘要
以宝骏730发盖机器人水滴滚边的设计为例,以Roboguide仿真软件为平台,建立了机器人滚边的模型。通过仿真平台分析,优化Layout布局,制定水滴滚边工艺,编写离线程序,并研究出有效可靠的离线程序校正方法,将离线程序应用于现场机器人调试,成功实现机器人水滴滚边。
Take the design of Baojun730 hood robotic rope hemming as an example, building a model of robotic roller hemming by using the Roboguide software as a platform. Through the analysis of the simulation platform, we can optimize the layout pattern, and develop process of rope hemming. Off-line programs were written and an effective and reliable method of correcting off-line program is developed through the simulation platform. Making it possible to apply the off-line programs to the field of robot debugging. And robotic rope hemming had successfully achieved.
