摘要
在火力发电厂中,凝结水溶氧是衡量凝结水质的重要指标之一,若超标,将严重影响机组的安全经济运行。对某发电公司630MW超临界机组小修后凝结水溶氧超标的原因进行了分析和探究,对现场影响凝结水溶氧的因素逐一排查并找出最主要的影响因素,彻底解决了该机组凝结水溶氧超标的问题。结果表明,凝结水溶氧由102μg/L降至12μg/L,恢复正常运行水平。
The dissolved oxygen, which is an important index of the condensate in thermal power plant, will have a strong influence on operation safety and economy of units. The reason of excessive dissolved oxygen in condensate of a 630 MW supercritical unit after repair was analyzed, and the main factor influenced on dissolved oxygen in condensate was then found out after checking step by step. The results showed that the dissolved oxygen level in condensate decreased from 102 μg/L to 12 μg/L, recovering normal level after the problem was thoroughly solved.
