摘要 针对SZ36-1稠油油田储层伤害强、油井产量低、常规砂岩酸化体系难以减小的问题,开展了稠油疏松储层酸化解堵技术研究。理论分析储层敏感性、矿物成分及钻井液等潜在伤害因素,确定储层堵塞主要原因为黏土及固相微粒物堵塞,沥青质、胶质等有机物堵塞,高分子化学材料堵塞。通过储层油泥分散溶解及原油降黏试验优选有机助剂,选择的助剂对原油降黏效果能达到95%以上;通过岩粉酸液溶蚀试验优选酸液体系;通过室内岩心流动试验验证有机氟硼酸体系酸化效果,结果显示两块岩心酸化后渗透率有明显提高。现场两口井应用表明,有机氟硼酸体系结合有机溶剂采用液氮伴注方式能有效解除SZ36-1稠油油田的储层伤害,恢复和提高油井产能。 There are many wells of reservoirs in the SZ36-1 oilfield having been damaged. In order to research the cause of the damage, eliminate the damage and improve the permeability of near wellbore area. Firstly this article systematically analysis the potential causes of the damage of the reservoir, such as sensitivity, drilling fluid and mineral composition. And then by the laboratory experiment, we adopt the dissolution test with oil sludge of the reservoir to find out the most useful organic solvent. We use the acid dissolution experiment with mineral to choose the best acid system. And we will test the effect of the acid treating with organic fluoboric acid by the core-flowing experiment, and the experiment results that the permeability of the core be improved significantly by the acid treating. Through the experiment of the 2 wells: M06, M19H prove that using organic fluoboric acid in combination with organic solvent, through the liquid nitrogen injection mode can effectively eliminate the damage of reservoir of SZ36-1 oilfield, and improve the deliverability of the wells.
