泡塑吸附—等离子体质谱法测定金含量的地方标准制定

摘要 开展安徽省区域地球化学样品地方检测标准方法的研究和编制,将能填补我省目前缺乏相关标准的空白,按照地方标准制定的技术路线和方法来优化泡塑吸附—ICP-MS法金含量的测定方法,得到方法检出限为0.140 ng/g,重复性限r=0.2092m+0.9503,再现性限R=0.4948m-0.1478,适用范围为0.82~108 ng/g。所测Au含量在上述范围内,试验中共检测到2个歧离值,但在分析中予以保留。正确度评价采用精密度实验数据和相关统计量数据。对于四个水平,分析方法偏倚的置信区间包含0,表明在置信水平α=5%下偏倚不显著。|△lg C|都小于0.1,符合《地质矿产实验室测试质量管理规范》(DZ/T0130)要求。经过准确度的验证实验说明该标准方法(审批稿)是正确、实用的,可以作为地方标准进一步推广。 It will fill in a gap to carry out study and preparation of local detection standards and methods for regional geochemical samples in Anhui Province. According to foam plastic adsorption-ICP-MS gold content determination method optimized by the technical route and method made by local standards, the obtained detection limit is 0.140 ng/g, repeatability limit r=0.2092m+0.9503, reproducibility limit R=0.4948m-0.1478, and applicable range 0.82 - 108 ng/g. The determined Au content is within the above ranges, in total 2 straggling values were found and reserved in analysis. Accuracy assessment was based on precision test data and relevant statistical magnitude data. For 4 levels, the biased confidence interval of the analytical method contains 0, indicating that the bias is not remarkable at confidence level α=5%. |AlgC| was all less than 0.1, in line with the requirement of Management Norms for Geological and Mineral Test Quality (DZ/TO130). Test of the accuracy indicated that the standard and method (approved edition) are correct and practical, can be popularized locally.
