铜合金表面激光熔覆温度场数值图像模拟分析

摘要 对铜合金表面进行激光熔覆镍基合金,能够有效改善铜基件的性能。以镍基合金为熔覆材料,对铜合金基件进行激光熔覆实验;基于有限差分法来构建熔覆过程中温度场数字图像的二维数学模型,对边界条件和基体内部相变潜热做数值化处理;最后对实验实际测量值和模拟计算值进行分析。结果表明,铜合金表面激光熔覆镍基合金的冶金结合良好,证明了提出的温度场计算模型精确度高、稳定可靠。 Performance of copper alloy substrate can be effectively improved by laser cladding Ni base alloy on the surface of copper alloy. The laser cladding experiment of copper alloy substrate was carried out by using Ni based alloy as cladding material. Finite difference method was used to set up two dimensional mathematical model for the digital image of temperature field. The boundary conditions and internal latent heat of matrix were numerically analyzed. The experimental and simulation value were analyzed. The results showed that metallurgical bonding of laser cladding Ni base alloy on the surface of copper alloy was well, whichlt proved that the proposed model of temperature field had high precision, stability and reliability.
