摘要
采用四因素三水平L9(34)正交试验方法研发了适用于马氏体不锈钢手术器械的柠檬酸系基础钝化工艺,并进一步实验选取了螯合剂的最佳配方,采用压力蒸汽试验、氯化钠溶液试验测试评估了马氏体不锈钢手术器械钝化膜的耐蚀性。结果表明,优选出的钝化溶液配方和工艺为:20%柠檬酸、2%氧化剂、2%螯合剂,θ为45℃,钝化t为38 min。此工艺配方可满足马氏体不锈钢手术器械耐腐蚀性能要求,作为优选的清洁生产工艺可替代污染严重的硝酸钝化工艺。
The citric acid passivation process for martensitic stainless steel surgical instruments was developed by using L9 (34) orthogonal tests method and the optimum formula of chelating agent was selected by further experiments. The corrosion resistance of passive film on martensitic stainless steel surgical instrument was evaluated using pressure steam test and sodium chloride solution test. Results showed that the optimized formula and process were as follows:the mass fractions of citric acid, oxidizing agent and chelating agent were 20% ,2% and 2% ,respectively,temperature was 45 ℃ ,and passivation time was 38 min. This process and formula could meet the requirements of the corrosion resistance of martensitic stainless steel surgical instruments, and could be used as preferred cleaner production process to replace the nitric acid passivation process with serious pollution.
