Type Construction and Function Expansion of the Folk Art Achives of Ethnic Minorities in Western China

关于西部少数民族曲艺档案,我们可以启动"内核举措"与"外延工作"相结合的建构模式,以档案类型建构为内核举措,以档案功能拓展为外延工作。一方面通过创建口述档案、家庭档案、历史档案、城建档案等形式发挥档案的功能优势,实现曲艺平民记忆、家族记忆、历史记忆和城市记忆的多样传承;另一方面通过加强档案编研工作、丰富社会中介服务、发展文化休闲功能等渠道拓展档案的功能优势,从而推动西部少数民族曲艺社会记忆的社会转化。

To keep the folk art achives of ethnic minorities in western China, a construction model of combining internal and external measures may be introduced with the type construction as the internal measure and the function expansion of achives as the external ones. On the one hand, the function of achives should be made good use of through the establishment of multiple types of achives such as oral achive, family achive, historical achive and urban construction achive to realize the varied inheritance of the populace memory, clan memory, historical memory and city memory of folk art. On the other hand, the function of achives should be expanded via enhancing the compilation and research of achives, broadening the intermediary service and developing recreational function so as to promote the transformation of the so- cial memory of folk art of ethnic minorities in western China.
