摘要
高端液压支架具有高工作阻力、高可靠性、高支护性能的技术特点,顶梁柱帽作为液压支架顶梁承载关键部件,其使用条件及结构特点是否与实际工况相适应,直接影响煤矿井工安全开采进程。针对两柱与四柱液压支架不同承载特性,顶梁与柱帽不同联接方式,柱帽不同结构特点进行研究,分析相应结构特点柱帽的适应性,为液压支架结构设计提供参考。
The advanced hydraulic support has the following characters, which include high working resistance, high reliability and high supporting performance, prop cap of roof beam is key component of roof beam bearing of hydraulic support, the safety mining process was influenced directly by the adaptability between practical situation, structural characters and working condition. The charac- ters were studied, which include different bearing characters between tow columns and four columns hydraulic support, different con- nection type between roof beam and prop cap, different structural characters of prop cap, the adaptability of prop cap was studied, it references for structural design of hydraulic support.
