摘要
水平井测井是对水平井实施动态监测、储层评价及套损检测的重要手段,是水平井持续高效开发的一项主要工作。为了解决水平井测井时仪器输送难的问题,开发了以连续油管为工具的测井输送技术。技术的关键是将测试电缆穿入连续油管内,测井时将测试仪与连续油管末端内的电缆相连后接于连续油管上,连续油管将测试仪输送至水平井待测试井段的底端,以一定的测速上提连续油管完成不同井况水平井的测井。利用该工艺及配套技术,完成了江苏油田3 500 m连续油管的内穿电缆及H88P3井的PNN测井找水,完成了涪陵页岩气田5 000 m连续油管内的内穿电缆及JY9HF井的井下成像测井找漏。
Horizontal well logging is an important means for dynamic monitoring,reservoir evaluation and casing damage inspection,which becomes a main work in the sustainable and efficient development of horizontal wells. In order to solve the technological problem of conveying logging tools,a new conveying technology was developed according to coiled tubing. The key technique is to run wireline through coiled tubing. After connecting the cable head to logging tools at the end of coiled tubing,the logging tools could be conveyed to the end of tested-formation. And then the different conditions of horizontal wells were tested by rising up the coiled tubing at a certain speed. This technology has been applied successfully in H88P3 well of Jiangsu oilfield. The cable with 3,500 m long was threaded through coiled tubing to detect water location by PNN logging. In JY9 HF of Fuling shale gas field,the cable with 5,000 m long was threaded through coiled tubing to detect leakage location by downhole imaging logging.
