摘要
针对国内数控机床生产效率普遍不高的现状,提出了从单机、单元、车间等3个层次提高生产效率的方法。通过数控加工程序和工艺优化、生产配送、在线测量等措施提高单台数控机床生产效率,通过建立敏捷试制单元、精益加工单元来提高数控加工单元生产效率,通过实施DNC系统与MES系统集成等技术途径提高数控加工车间生产效率,从而实现从微观到宏观全方位提高生产效率的目标,对企业发展具有重要的现实意义。
Aiming at the actuality of the tow machining efficiency of the home CNC machine at large, the methods to improve the machining efficiency are proposed from single machine tool, cell to workshop. The machining efficiency of single CNC machine is improved by optimizing the CNC machining programs and processes, production distribution and on-line measurement, etc. The machining efficiency of the CNC cell is improved by setting up the agile and lean machining cell. The machining efficiency of the CNC workshop is improved by the technical approaches of integrating the systems of DNC and MES. Accordingly, the omnidirectional objects to improve the machining efficiency are realized from microcosmos to macroscopy. It is practically significant to the development of enterprise.
