将超声喷丸应用于表面合金化的研究

摘要 以工业纯铁为研究对象,涂覆镍粉后进行超声喷丸处理,然后对样件进行退火处理。对处理后的样件进行表面粗糙度、硬度、XRD及显微组织的测试。通过对测试数据的分析比较,研究了喷丸强化对样件表面尺寸精度和力学性能的影响,探索了基于超声喷丸的金属表面合金化技术的可行性,并总结出超声喷丸合金化后退火处理温度对材料表面各项性能的影响规律,为今后更深入地研究提供了新思路。 Making industrial pure iron as the research object, the ultrasonic shot peening treatment is required after coated nickel powder. Then annealing treatment is required to the samples. Tests about the sample surface roughness, hard- ness, XRD and microstructure are conducted. The influences of shot peening strengthening on sample surface dimension accuracy and mechanical properties based on test data analysis are studied. It explores the feasibility of metal surface alloying technology based on the ultrasonic shot peening, and summarizes the effects of annealing treatment temperature on the prop-erties of material surface after ultrasonic shot peening alloying. A new idea is provided for the future research.
