摘要
针对烟草设备的门缝间隙可严重影响设备的外观质量,进行了影响外部罩壳及门缝间隙误差的各种因素的调查分析,确定了主要影响因素为钣金件加工尺寸偏差大和铰链达不到使用要求。通过采用三维柔性综合焊接工装进行刚性装夹焊接,提高了钣金件的精度,并对铰链的结构进行了改进完善,使设备的门缝间隙误差满足了±0.5mm要求,从而保证了设备外观质量。
The door crack gap seriously affects the appearance quality of the equipment. Two main issues of dimension deviation bigger of the sheet metal parts and the hinge not meet the use requirement have been ascertained by investigating and analyzing the various factors that influence the outer guards and the door crack gap error. Through adopting 3D flexible comprehensive welding jig improves the precision of sheet plate parts, perfect the structure of hinges. Then the door crack gap error of the equipment reaches ±0.5 mm, and the appearance of equipment looks much neater.
