新型水空热处理技术与设备的应用研究

摘要 利用新型水空热处理技术,设计研发了专门用于大型半自磨用70Cr3NiMo合金衬板热处理的新型水空热处理设备,并对处理后产品的力学性能和微观组织进行了检测分析。结果表明,采用新型水空热处理技术和设备处理后,70Cr3NiMo合金衬板的硬度和冲击韧度均得到了大幅度的提升,产品性能均匀性更优,使用寿命得到了极大的提高;并能够实现零污染、零排放的高效生产模式,为产品性能提高、企业产能升级提供了有力保证。 The group design and develop a new water-air alternately timed quenching technology (ATQ) and its corre-sponding equipment for 7OCr3NiMo alloy liner in semi-autogenous mill. We also study the mechanical properties and microstructure of the liner treated by water-air alternately timed quenching technology. It indicates that the hardness and impact toughness of the 70Cr3NiMo alloy liners treated by ATQ process markedly raised compared with the liners cooled by strong wind. In addition, the mechanical uniformity of ATQ sample shows better and the service life has been greatly improved. ATQ process and equipment could provide a no pollution, zero emissions and high efficiency producing mode. Product per-formance can be improved and the enterprise capacity can be upgrade due to the ATQ process.
