摘要
低硬度材料透镜在高精密光学系统中的应用广泛,使得对其性能指标提出了更严格的要求。采用对玻璃毛坯铣磨单面、抛光,再以该面为基准,铣磨、抛光另一面,最后定心磨边的区别于传统透镜加工的改善工艺,对透镜成形。检测结果表眀,应用改善工艺加工后的低硬度材料透镜,其中心偏明显优于采用传统工艺加工的透镜。通过应用改善工艺,可有效降低低硬度材料透镜的中心偏,满足高精密光学系统提出的要求。
As the application of low material lens in high precision optical system, the performance is more strictly re- quired. In the processing, grind and polish the first surface of lens. Based on the first surface, grind and polish the other surface of lens. At last, center and edge the lens. This new craft shows lower centering errors than the traditional craft. By applying the improved craft, the centering errors of low hardness lens can be reduced effectively. It also can satisfy the re- quirements of high precision optical system.
