The ratio of thick filaments to thin filaments in skeleton muscle fibers

目的:确认骨骼肌纤维中粗、细肌丝数量比。方法:采用数值计算法与数学几何法对粗、细肌丝比进行计算。结果:采用数值计算法,分细肌丝为边界和粗肌丝为边界2种情形,得出粗、细肌丝之比接近1:2。用数学几何法证明,在粗、细肌丝数量无限状况下,粗、细肌丝之比为1:2。结论:在活体情况下,粗、细肌丝之比宜采用1:2.1。

Objective： To determine the ratio of thick and thin filaments in skeleton muscle fibers. Methods： Numerical calculation and mathematical geometry methods were used to calculate the ratio of thick and thin filaments. Results： The ratio of thick to thin was about 1 ： 2 when setting either thick or thin as the border in the mathematic model. The ratio of thick and thin was also 1 ： 2 when assuming unlimited number of thick and thin filaments using mathematics method of geometric model. Conclusion.. The ratio of thick filaments to thin filaments in skeleton muscle fibers is about 1 ： 2.1 in vivo.
