摘要
提出一种基于MSC.Nastran/Patran的桁架结构自动生成的方法。该方法在给定梁端点坐标、外部荷载及载荷点坐标、约束点和材料属性的条件下,根据桁架结构的坐标形式,分类定义了梁单元的方向,以空间直线的交点作为梁单元的分界,从而自动形成MSC.Nastran的完整有限元模型。通过MSC.Nastran计算,在MSC.Patran平台自动显示计算结果。实际应用表明,此方法在处理桁架结构自动生成的问题上具有可行性和有效性,为试验夹具的设计与定型提供理论支持。
An automatic generation method for truss structure based on MSC. Nastran/Patran is proposed in this paper. Given the tress joint, outer loads, constrains and material properties, and according to the coordinate system of integrative frame, the method defines the directions of beam elements classifiedly, and the intersecting points of space lines are treated as the edges of beam elements, then the entire FEA model of MSC. Nastran is automatically formed. Results will be displayed automatically on the MSC. Patran platform through computation of MSC. Nastran. Practical application indicates that the method is feasible and efficient in dealing with the problems of automatic generation of integrative frame. The results can be used to adjust the design scheme of test fixture.
