摘要
在力热载荷作用下,悬臂状态的试验件在加载过程中,自由端挠度随时间发生变化。由于热载荷通过固定式石英灯辐射式平板加热器施加,试验件受热不均匀。针对这一问题,采用NAS/Nastran辐射分析模块,建立有限元模型模拟热载荷施加,将试验件自由端挠度变化简化为多个状态,对每个状态试验件在力/热载荷作用下的温度分布进行数值仿真。
A test piece is fixed as cantilever state under mechanical-thermal loads, and the deflection of free end of the test piece changes with time. Thermal load is applied by fixed flat radiation quartz lamp heater, so that the test piece is uneven heated. To solve this issue, the NAS/ Nastmn radiation module is adopted to simulate the temperature distribution of test piece under mechanical-thermal loads. The optimal location of temperature controlling points is presented according to the simulation results, which can provide theoretical basis for sectional optimization of large-sized test piece.
