摘要
本文针对某柴油机降噪隔声罩,应用MSC.Patran和MSC.Nastran有限元处理和分析软件,对隔声罩在风载、雪载、人体活动载荷等各种特定工况下的强度和刚度进行有限元计算和分析,得到了各工况下的应力分布云图。本文的方法和结果为进一步优化隔声罩结构提供了理论依据。
In this paper, the FEM tools of MSC.Patmn and MSC.Nastmn are used to launch stress and stiffness analysis of the acoustic enclosure for a diesel in a specific operating condition under the consideration of wind load, snow load and human being's activity load. According to the simulation, details of structure stress fringe in every specific operating condition are obtained. Consequentially, the method in the paper could be used as the theoretical basis of further structure optimization for such structures.
