摘要
飞机结构强度试验中,MOOG加载控制系统输出的加载数据在格式上具有不易阅读性,增加了数据分析的难度。为了解决上述问题,本文针对MOOG加载控制系统输出数据的格式,采用VB编程技术,对控制系统输出的数据进行处理,转换为试验数据分析中所需要的数据格式,并计算命令与反馈之间的相对误差,提高数据的可阅读性。结果表明,该方法大大降低了数据处理所需时间,试验加载数据直观易懂,且减少了人工处理数据时的错误率,有助于结构强度试验的数据分析工作。
In aircraft structural strength test, the output data of MOOG control system is difficult to read, so testing data analysis is not an easy job. To solve the problem, the output data of the system is processed by using VB technology. Subsequently, the needed data output format is formed. At the same time, the relative error between command and feedback is calculated to improve the data readability. The results show that the method greatly reduces the time required for data processing and the error rate of manual processing. It is helpful to analyze output data in the structural strength test.
