半导体激光辅助比塔派克斯糊剂治疗牙周牙髓联合病变疗效观察

Clinical effect of Vitapex and diode laser in the treatment of combined periodontal and endodontic lesions

目的探讨半导体激光辅助比塔派克斯糊剂治疗牙周牙髓联合病变的临床疗效。方法选取牙周牙髓联合病变患者126例,共142颗牙,按随机数字表法分为对照组(63例,76颗牙)和观察组(63例,66颗牙)。两组均行牙周基础治疗,对照组患者仅给予比塔派克斯糊剂联合牙胶尖充填根管治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予半导体激光辅助治疗。观察治疗前和治疗后6个月牙周袋探诊深度、临床附着水平、改良出血指数和牙龈指数的改变,分析两组患者不同病变类型之间的临床疗效。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后对照组和观察组不同分型患牙PD、mBI和CI均明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组PD、CAL、mBI和CI明显低于照组,Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型总有效率分别为96.15%、87.50%、75.00%,显著高于较对照组(75.00%、70.97%、52.94%)(P<0.05)。结论半导体激光辅助比塔派克斯糊剂治疗牙周牙髓联合病变疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Vitapex with diode laser irradiation in the treatment of combined periodontal endodontic lesions. Methods A total of 126 patients with combined periodontal endodontic lesions were selected and randomly divided into the control group （63 cases, 76 teeth） and the observation group （63 cases, 66 teeth）. The control group only received Vitapex combined with root canal treatment, while the observation group received semiconductor laser therapy in addition to the above treatment. The PD, CAL, mBI and CI were compared before and after treatment and the clinical results analyzed. Results Compared with pre-treatment, the PD, mBI and CI were significantly decreased in the control group and the observation group （P 〈 0. 05）. After 6-month treatment, the PD, CAL, mBI and C1 of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group. The total curative efficiency of type I and type Ⅱ and Ⅲ was 96.15%, 87.50%, 75% in the observation group, and 75%, 70.97%, 52.94% in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Vitapex with diode laser irradiation was effective in the treatment of combined periodontal endodontic lesions and worthy of clinical application.
