摘要
通过反应硼化烧结法制备不同VC含量的Mo_2FeB_2基金属陶瓷试样,并对试样的显微组织和力学性能进行分析。结果表明:VC能有效细化Mo_2FeB_2基金属陶瓷的晶粒组织且均匀分布在基体中;试样的硬度和耐磨性随VC含量增加呈现先提高后降低的趋势,当VC的质量分数为9%时,试样的硬度最高,耐磨性能最好。
Mo_2FeB_2 based cermets samples with different VC content were prepared by reaction boronizing sintering. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the samples were analyzed. Results show that VC effectively refines grain size of Mo_2FeB_2 cermet and is uniformly distributed in the matrix. The hardness and wear resistance of the sample increase firstly and then decrease with the increasing VC content. The sample has the highest hardness and the best wear resistance when the mass percent of VC is 9%.
