摘要 为揭示轧制速度对连轧圆钢的成品孔宽度尺寸的影响,采用商用有限元软件,模拟研究了将尺寸为165 mm的45钢、T91钢和2Cr13钢方坯,以不同的轧制速度经相同的6个椭圆-圆孔形系统轧制成西90 mm的圆钢。模拟结果显示,采用2R过渡圆孔的孔形系统轧制时,45钢圆钢成品的宽度随着轧制速度的增大呈近似线性减少,而T91钢和2Cr13钢圆钢成品的宽度则与轧制速度的增加按幂函数规律减少。就轧制后圆钢的成品宽度减少量而言,45钢最大,2Cr13钢次之,T91钢最小。 A commercial FEM software is applied to simulation of the Ф90 mm round bar of 45, T91 and 2Cr13 steels rolled in oval round pass sequences by 165 mm× 165 mm square billet under six-pass hot continuous bar rolling process with different rolling speeds. The results showed that in rolling in a groove system with 2R transition round hole, as the rolling speed increase, width of the finished 45 steel rounds decreased approximately linearly, whereas ones of the finished T91 and 2Cr13 steel rounds decreased according to exponential function law. In terms of the reduction in width of finished rounds, the 45 steel was the most evident, followed by the 2Cr13 steel and the 391 steel.
