渗氮层中的疏松是一种渗氮缺陷,是由亚稳定铁氮化合物分解所至,会降低渗氮件的表面硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性。疏松的产生与渗氮气氛的成分、渗氮工艺和渗氮件材料等因素有关。可根据这些因素采取相应的预防疏松的措施。
Porosity in nitrided case is a defect producing in nitriding, arises from decomposition of iron nitride, and will cause the nitrided parts to offer lower surface hardness and worse resistances to wear and to corrosion. The formation of porosity is related to such factors as composition of nitriding atmosphere, nitriding process, material of part to be nitrided, etc. Some precautions against the porosity may be taken in the light of these factors.
