摘要
风电机用42CrMo钢高强度螺栓在使用2年后发生断裂。对断裂的螺栓进行了金相分析、力学性能测试、化学成分分析,以揭示螺栓断裂的原因。结果表明,螺栓的断裂是由于其螺纹根部存在缺口等损伤,在交变应力作用下,产生裂纹并且扩展所致。
A high strength bolt of 42CrMo steel fl-actured when used for up to two years. The fractured bolt was subjected to metallographic examination, mechanical property measurements and chemical composition analysis to reveal the reason why the bolt fractured. The results showed that damage such as notch was present in the thread root of bolt, and crack initiated and extended in the notch by the action of a alternating stess, resulting in the bolt fracturing.
