轴承内圈开裂分析

摘要 轴承在热装后空冷,发现内圈开裂。为此,对开裂的轴承内圈进行了化学成分分析和金相检验,以揭示内圈开裂的原因。结果表明,该轴承内圈的化学成分和低倍组织均合格,但有不良组织托氏体存在,降低了内圈的强度,导致其开裂。 After being thermally assembled, the inner race was found to crack. For this reason the fail inner race was subjected to chemical composition analysis and metallographic examination to reveal the reason why the race cracked. The results indicated that the chemical composition and the macrostructure all were acceptable, undesirable troostite, however, was observed in the race, which renders strength of the race lower, resulting in its cracking.
