摘要
海绵铁是铁矿石直接还原法的产物。海绵铁的高温压块是目前海绵铁最主要的处理工艺。压块过程中的海绵铁可以用Drucker-Prager Cap模型来描述其力学行为。通过一系列试验方法对海绵铁的高温压缩性能和经过压块后的热压铁的力学性能进行检测,获取了关于其屈服规律、摩擦性能和抗压强度等方面的数据。并利用这些数据,提出了一套确定适用于海绵的Drucker-Prager Cap模型具体参数的可行方案。另外总结了屈服面、抗压强度和压块密度分布情况等数据随温度、压力、摩擦系数的变化规律。
The sponge iron,also called the Directly Reduced Iron( DRI) is the product of the directly reducing method in puddling. Hot briquetting is the main treatment for DRI. The Drucker-Prager Cap model can be introduced to describe the properties of the DRI under briquetting. A series of experiments were applied to find out the hot compression properties of DRI under briquetting and the mechanical properties of hot briquetted iron after briquetting,including data on the law of yielding,frictional characteristic and compressive strength.Finally,a feasible plan for determining parameters suited to Drucker-Prager Cap model was presented. The variation of the yielding surface,compressive strength and density distribution along with temperature,load and friction coefficient was also discussed.
