我国东北寒冷地区李种质资源抗寒力测定 被引量:4

摘要 应用电导率法测定34个李品种枝条在不同低温处理下相对电导率,拟合Logistic方程,计算各品种半致死温度。结果表明,随处理温度降低,枝条组织相对电导率呈"S"型曲线变化,供试李品种半致死温度范围为-26.19^-36.54℃,俄罗斯引进品种总体抗寒性较好,其次为地方资源品种,人工培育个别品种抗寒力相对较弱。抗寒力较强品种:龙园蜜李、俄2、俄13、秋甜李、巴彦大红袍、绥李3号;抗寒力较弱品种:矮甜李、吉林6号、大淡果、长李15、牡红甜李。 Determined the electdcal conductivity of 34 plum vadeties in different branches relative conductivity under low temperature, and fitted Logistic equation to calculate the lethal temperature of each species. The results showed that the relative electrical conductivities of branches of 34 plum cultivars increased as a S-curves with the decrease of temperature, the semi-lethal temperature was-26.19 ℃ to-36.54 ℃, cold resistance of Russia introduced were the best, followed by local resource varieties, cold resistance of artificial breeding vadeties were the poorest. The front of cold hardiness were Longyuanmili, E2, E13, Qiutianli, Bayandahongpao, Suili3. Aitianli, Jilin6, Dadanguo, Changli15, Muhongtianli were in the back of cold hardiness.
