Relationship between green mine construction and land consolidation

文章通过文献整理和对比分析,系统介绍国内外绿色矿山建设发展状况,提出我国绿色矿山建设可借鉴经验;比较土地整治目标、原则、任务等与绿色矿山建设标准、要求,探讨绿色矿山建设与土地整治关系;提出绿色矿山建设与土地复垦重点。为矿区产业转型与资源型城镇可持续发展提供科学依据。

The current situations of construction and development of green mines were summarized systematically based on the methods of data collecting, retrieval literature and comparative analysis, and the foreign experience which can be used for China＇s green mine construction was put forward in this study. The relationship between green mine construction and land consolidation was discussed in some detail based on the comparison of the goals, principles and missions of land consolidation with the standards and requirements of green mines construction. Moreover, the key points of green mine construction and land consolidation were proposed. The results could provide scientific support for the industrial transformation in mining area and sustainable development of resource-based cities.
