摘要
目的确定补骨脂中α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的最佳水提工艺。方法采用α-葡萄糖苷酶体外抑制模型进行抑制活性测定,以抑制率为指标,以水浴温度、提取时间、固液比为考察因素,通过正交试验确定最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为固液比1∶30(g·mL^(-1)),回流时间30 min,水浴温度100℃。结论所得工艺简便易控,可用于提取补骨脂中α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of α-glucosidase inhibitor in Psoralea corylifolia L. with water.Methods The inhibitory activity was tested by α-glucosidase in vitro inhibitory model,the extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test with inhibition ratio and comprehensive score as index using temperature of the water bath,extraction time, solid-liquid ratio as factors.Results The optimize extraction conditions were solid-liquid ratio of 1:30(g·mL-1),the extraction time of 30 minutes,extraction temperature of 100 ℃.Conclusion The method was simple and easy to control,it can be used for the extraction technology of the inhibitor for α-glucosidase in Psoralea corylifolia L..
