摘要
安徽省是国务院医改办2010年确认的医改首批试点省份,马鞍山市、芜湖市首先开展改革。安徽省在2015年又被列为全国深化综合改革试点省份之一,进行先行先试。文章中笔者经过回顾从2009年改革以来安徽省公立医院改革的历程,分析目前安徽省公立医院改革在政府层面和医院层面存在的问题,并提出针对性意见与对策。
The State Council medical reform office in 2010 confirmed that Anhui province is the first batch of pilot provinces to reform. The cities of Ma＇an shan and Wuhu are the first to carry out reforms. Anhui Province in 2015 is listed as one of the deepening comprehensive reform pilot provinces to try firstly. In this article ,the author reviews the process of public hospital reform since 2009 in Anhui province and analyses the problems existing at the government level and hospital level at present to put forwand some targeted suggestions and countermeasures.
